Released Gilberto traded to New England

The New England Revolution today acquired the rights to Brazilian midfielder Gilberto Flores from the MetroStars in exchange for the Revolution's 4th round pick in the 2006 MLS Supplemental Draft. The MetroStars retained the MLS rights to Flores after he cleared waivers on Friday, June 24.
